Resources

Understanding yourself is part of the work.

A curated collection of articles and reflections to support your thinking between sessions — or before you begin.

Why these resources?

Therapy does not stop at the end of a session. These articles and reflections are selected to help you think more clearly about relationships, emotional patterns, performance pressure and the experiences that often bring people to therapy. Some may help you recognise a pattern in yourself. Others may give language to something you have been struggling to explain.
