For Organisations
Confidential psychological support for employees and professionals.
KT Soon works with organisations that want to provide employees with discreet, professional access to psychotherapy and counselling. Arrangements may include corporate-sponsored sessions, direct organisational referrals, or support for employees using company mental-health benefits.
Supporting professionals who carry more than they show
Executives, managers, founders and senior professionals can carry sustained pressure that is difficult to address through ordinary workplace channels. The concerns may be personal, relational or connected to the demands of leadership — but they can affect how a person works, decides and relates to others.
Psychotherapy provides a confidential space to understand what is driving the difficulty, regain perspective and respond more effectively. The focus is on the individual’s psychological wellbeing, rather than evaluating workplace performance.
Sessions may be company-sponsored, arranged through an organisational referral, or booked directly by the individual. What is discussed in therapy remains confidential, subject to the usual professional and legal limits of confidentiality.
Who this is for
Executives and C-suite leaders
Navigating complex decisions, organisational pressure and the personal demands that can come with carrying leadership responsibility over time.
Managers and team leads
Managing people, performance and conflict while carrying pressures of their own.
Professionals under sustained pressure
Functioning well outwardly while managing anxiety, performance pressure, emotional strain or personal difficulties that are beginning to affect work or wellbeing.
Employees facing personal or relational difficulties
Support for concerns such as relationship difficulties, family pressures, emotional distress or significant life changes — particularly when these begin to affect wellbeing or functioning at work.
Ways to access support
Corporate-sponsored sessions
Organisations may sponsor an agreed number of sessions for an employee. Referrals are handled discreetly, and what is discussed in therapy remains confidential, subject to the usual professional and legal limits.
Organisational referrals
HR, People & Culture, occupational health or managers may refer an employee for support. The employee does not need to disclose the details of their concern to the organisation in order to begin therapy.
Direct access
Employees and professionals may also contact KT directly and arrange sessions independently, including where counselling is claimable under company benefits.
Why this practice
16 years in business before the consulting room
KT Soon spent 16 years as an entrepreneur and business leader, building and leading a technology company before moving into psychotherapy. She understands organisational life from the inside — the responsibility of leading people, the weight of difficult decisions, performance pressure, and the demands that can follow senior professionals beyond the workplace. That experience informs how she works with professionals today: with psychological depth, practical understanding and an appreciation of the realities in which they operate.
Workshops and organisational talks
KT Soon delivers mental wellbeing talks and workshops for organisations on topics including workplace stress, mental health, crisis behaviour and relationship wellbeing. She developed the Managing Crisis Behaviour workshop for Raffles Counselling Centre and has delivered more than 50 sessions to community emergency-response volunteers across Singapore. She has also been engaged by private hospitals and corporate organisations to provide mental wellness talks, workshops and staff support.
